A fencing company in Republic is being ordered to no longer operate for defrauding customers.
Attorney General Josh Hawley obtained a default judgment of $27,776 on behalf of southwest Missouri residents who were defrauded by SNL Fencing and Dirtwork.
Joshua Luttrell owns the company and is accused of taking upfront payments to build fences for ranches, farms, and homes and failing to do so or constructing the fences poorly to where repairs were needed.
