There’s a new development planned for the city of Rogersville.
The $100 million project many different types of housing and commercial space near Highway 60.
The city administrator says they are lacking in available homes and have developers wanting to build.
The new plan will be called Logan Estates.
There will be construction with 72 one and two bedroom upscale apartments, more than 700 for those 55 and older
The ground breaking is set for February 15th.
