Webster County prosecutors say a man from Mountain Grove, who was originally charged with two counts of second-degree murder, has had his charges reduced.
Court records say Adam Housley pleaded guilty to have his charges brought down to involuntary manslaughter.
Housley crashed his semi into the back of another car killing Tisha Spriggs and Leo Walker both from West Plains.
