You can add another retailer to the list of those no longer selling vaping products.

Brown Derby sent a statement to KY3 saying “We are committed to ensure that Brown Derby remains in compliance with all laws and does not sell vaping products to minors. Brown Derby has removed all vaping products from stores at this time.”

The statement comes after KY3 asked for comment following the Food and Drug Administration catching Brown Derby selling vaping products to minors twice this year.

The FDA reports on inspection results and has that information publicly available on its website.

Other stores in Springfield have also sold to underage, undercover agents, including Kum & Go, Fast N’ Friendly, Signal, Dollar General, and Walmart.

Walmart has said it will stop selling vaping products nationwide when its inventory runs out.
