The Lawrence County Prosecutor has dropped the child abuse charge against a teacher in Marionville – a day after he refiled a similar charge in the case.
A judge dismissed the original charges against Kimberly Daniels Tuesday.
She’s been on paid leave since grabbing a four-year-old boy by the arm and removing him from a kickball game.
The boy ended up with bruises.
But an investigation by the children’s division found no evidence of wrongdoing.
The prosecutor tells KY3 News he’s been working with the school attorney and decided to drop the latest charge.
