A 2-year-old boy is safe after his biological mother took him at gunpoint Friday afternoon.
The incident happened at a home on the 2000 block of West Atlantic, that prompted an AMBER alert, which was later canceled.
The alert was canceled when police found the mother, who did not have custody of her child, in Seymour later Friday night.
