Traffic has reopened on I-44 after a crash at the 56.8 mile marker.
The crash closed eastbound I-44 for more than four hours.

A crash on I-44 at the 56.8 mile marker near Halltown shut down eastbound traffic around 11:15 Monday morning.
The Highway Patrol says one semi rear-ended another semi.
One driver had non-life threatening injuries.
The crash caused another wreck but nobody was hurt.
Traffic is being diverted at the 49 mile marker.
At 2 p.m. Go Patrol spotters reported that traffic was backed up on I-44 into Mt. Vernon.
Drivers headed eastbound on I-44 will be diverted onto Highway 174, which connects back into Republic and Highway 60.
The Highway Patrol says one lane of I-44 should reopen in the next hour or so.
