Plans are in the works to build a three-story apartment complex for homeless veterans in Southwest Springfield.
The Springfield Housing Authority says it would be built on land north of the Price Cutter store near Kansas and Republic Road.
But it still needs four to five-million dollars in funding to make it happen.
