Missouri State is updating its face mask policy, making it a little stricter than originally planned.
Masks will be required to be worn in all buildings on MSU’s campus including restrooms, study areas, other common areas, and more.
There are some exceptions such as when students are eating, exercising, if in dorms, and more.
In addition, freshmen are now able to choose to take their courses online from home, a sharp turn from years of requiring freshman to live on campus unless they lived within 45 miles of the school.
The deadline for freshmen is Friday to make that decision.
