Man Pleads Not Guilty In Deadly Motorcycle Crash

A man charged with a deadly motorcycle crash on Highway 65 north of Branson last year has been arraigned in Christian County court.

Douglas Dale pleaded not guilty in the crash.

Jim Roe died in the crash.

Gerald McLaughlin and Mike Jones were injured.

Court records show Dale had not taken his seizure medication for two weeks and drank alcohol the morning of the crash.

KY3 reports Dale lost his license in April 2019 and faces DWI charges from 2018.

He has to wear an alcohol monitoring device and has been ordered not to drive without a license.

He’ll be back in court in November.
