It’s ten years in prison without probation for a man from Springfield convicted in a deadly drunk driving incident in December of 2018.
Official records say 41-year-old William Dorlac swerved off of I-44 near the Strafford exit, broke the cable barrier, and hit an SUV going the opposite direction.
The woman inside the SUV was killed in the impact. Her daughter said she was on her way to Springfield to give a quilt to a grandchild who just got out of surgery.
