Witness Describes Shooting In Koshkonong

Two turkey hunters survived Saturday’s deadly shooting Saturday morning at a convenience store in Koshkonong.

Mike Jedlicka says he and his 15-year-old nephew had just stopped at the Snappy Mart when shots rang out.

Jedlicka tells KY3 a man covered in blood tried to get in his truck.

He says a shot came through the side window of his truck, missing them.

Jedlicka says that’s when he threw his truck in reverse, and another shot came through the window.

He says he looked back and saw a man firing shots in the parking lot.

Jedlicka and his nephew were not hurt.

But a truck driver from California was killed and three others were wounded.

Christopher Lindley, 28, from Thayer is charged with murder.
