Springfield hospitals reported 27 COVID-19 deaths over the weekend.

Mercy had 12 deaths, CoxHealth had 15.

CoxHealth CEO Steve Edwards says none of the victims were vaccinated.

Arkansas reported over 2,000 COVID-19 cases in one day for the first time in 5 months.
