A man from Iowa has drowned at the Lake of the Ozarks, the second drowning this week.
The Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Chris Oliver was stepping out of a boat and onto a boat dock when he fell into the water.
The drowning happened on the Grand Glaize Arm of the lake.
