A man charged with a deadly shooting outside of a bar in Lake Ozark has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges.

Tonka Way-Con Ponder is charged with the death of Blane Curley, who was shot and killed July 15th, 2020, outside of the Bagnell Dam Strip.

Police say surveillance video shows that Ponder was involved in a fight between opposing motorcycle clubs when someone pointed a gun at him.

Police say Ponder then drew his own gun and shot someone else, prompting multiple gunshots between the groups.

Police say that Ponder was injured in the gunfire. But then drew and fired his weapon at a man with his hands in the air.
