A Springfield woman has been acquitted of charges in a 2019 crash that killed a bicyclist in Jefferson City.
The collision occurred near US Highway 50 and the Clark Avenue Ramp.
26 year-old Haily M. Crabtree faced charges of involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.
Eric Krauter, 51, of Louisiana was pronounced dead at the scene.
Crabtree drove until the vehicle became inoperable along US Highway 50 West.
KY3 says officials believe she fell asleep at the wheel.
