(KTTS News) — About 40 workers will be affected when Nestle Purina Petcare closes its pet litter plant in Springfield.
The plant will close in June.
KY3 says the company is discontinuing the Yesterday’s News and Secondnature cat litter brands.
It says demand for paper cat litter has been on the decline.
