(KTTS News) — A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 6 a.m. Saturday for most of the Ozarks.
A long line of showers and storms entered Southwest Missouri from Kansas around midnight.
The National Weather Service says flooding could be a problem, especially on streets in the Springfield metro area.
But tornadoes are not expected.
