(KTTS News) – A real estate agent from Lake of the Ozarks that faces a conspiracy to commit a murder charge has violated her bond.
Prosecutors say that Leigh Ann Bauman attempted to hire a hit man to kill her former mother-in-law.
Bauman tested positive for alcohol usage, which violated her bond.
A judge ordered Bauman to spend four days in the Laclede County Jail.
Bauman’s trial for the conspiracy to commit a murder charge is scheduled for February.
