(KTTS News) — The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says more inmates are trying to smuggle contraband items into the jail.
Deputies say one inmate recently hid a gun on himself while he was in the booking area.
Another inmate tried to sneak in drugs.
Tobacco and letters laced with narcotics are other items that inmates have tried to smuggle in recently.
