(KTTS News) — The Douglas County Sheriff says a teenager has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a girl near Seymour.
19-year-old Andrew Fleetwood faces charges after he drove his sister, 13-year-old Hailey Terrill, to Highway Z to meet up with her non-custodial mother.
Authorities say Jasmine Terrill-Fleetwood then dropped Hailey off at a convenience store in Ridgedale on Tuesday.
Terrill-Fleetwood remains on the run.
