(KTTS News) – The 87th annual Ozark Empire Fair will open on Thursday.
This year’s theme is Summer’s Biggest Party.
There will be everything from fair food to livestock, to local craft vendors.
Gates will open at 4 p.m. Thursday.
General Admission (Ages 12 & up) tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the gate.
Child General Admission (Ages 6 – 11) tickets are $3 in advance or $5 at the gate.
Parking on-site is $5.
Visitors to the fair will also notice the new facility that’s under construction. The new $29 million arena is about 70% complete and sits where the former arena used to.
Once complete, the new arena will host the arena league football team, the Ozarks Lunkers.
There will be a variety of performances at the KY3 Grandstand this year:
- July 27th – Rick Springfield
- July 28th – Parmalee with special guest HunterGirl
- July 29th – O’Reilly Outlaw Nationals Monster Truck Show
- July 30th – Casting Crowns with special guest CAIN
- August 1st – Colt Ford with Stoney LaRue
- August 3rd – 2023 O’Reilly Night of Destruction
- August 4th & 5th – Hardee’s Bull Riding Nationals Presented by Cavender’s PFI
