One man was killed and another was seriously injured in a fatal accident in Warsaw Saturday night.

 52-year-old Craig Ralston of Matteson, Illinois, and 64-year-old Walter Spooner of Warsaw were driving southbound on Highway 7 at West Dam Access Road when the accident occurred.

The accident happened around 7:50 PM.

Officers say they went off the right side of the roadway, over corrected, and then traveled off the left side of the road and overturned.

Spooner, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ralston was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

This is the 22nd fatal crash and 23rd fatality for MSHP Troop A this year.
