(KTTS News) — Voters in Springfield will decide whether to allow a developer to build apartments and commercial space across from Sequiota Park.
The issue is on the ballot for Springfield voters on November 8.
It comes after a four-year-long debate.
People who live nearby say the development would cause flooding and increase traffic in the Galloway Village neighborhood.
KY3 says the developer says his plan would make it safer for pedestrians and improve stormwater runoff.
