(KTTS News) — The Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly officer-involved shooting in southeast Missouri.
A police officer in Kennett was called to an alarm at a local business Sunday night when he got into a scuffle with a man.
The officer fired a shot, killing 46-year-old James Hooten.
The officer was not hurt.
