The 13th Annual Midwest Regional Beer, Wine, Cheese, and Chocolate Festival is back and better than ever, returning to the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds February 6 & 7, 2026. Hosted inside the inviting E-Plex, this fan-favorite festival is the ultimate celebration of flavor, fun, and discovery—and a must-attend event for anyone 21 and over.

Take your festival weekend to the next level with the VIP Pairings Dinner, an intimate culinary experience held the night before the festival. This year, we are thrilled to collaborate with Chef Jeff Woodward, The Rogue Chef, for an unforgettable four-course dining experience.

VIP Pairings Dinner Menu:

Appetizers course of Brie & Shrimp Puff Pastry with Sauvignon Blanc Hollandaise & Parmesan Crisp
Salad & Salad Course of Bacon Beer Cheese Soup and Apple, Red Wine Marinated Pear & Fennel Salad with Blue Cheese, Chocolate Candied Walnuts and a Honey Citrus Dressing
Main Course featuring a Cocoa Crusted Seared 6-ounce Filet with a Red Wine Demi-glaze, Beer Glazed Rainbow Carrots and Cheesy Potato Gratin
Dessert Course featured Red Wine Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Bailey’s Butter Cream Beer Caramel, topped with a Chocolate Heart
