If you get a letter stating you’re no longer able to receive services at CoxHealth under your insurance plan, don’t worry.
A spokeswoman with CoxHealth says Missouri Care, a company that administers insurance benefits for many people in the Ozarks, sent those letters in error and they are incorrect.
Missouri Care is looking into what went wrong, and will notify patients directly regarding the error.
