The 3rd Annual #GIVEBACK DAY is going on Thursday, September 9th!
Find all of the details for this important, community-driven event, that has raised over $24,000 in the past two years!
Help us make September 9, 2021 the most successful #GIVEBACK DAY EVER!
When: Thursday, September 9, midnight to midnight
What: 24 hour giving day to support the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools!
Where: supportsps.org/back-to-school/
Why: Educators need your support. Our students need additional resources provided by the Foundation for SPS to achieve academic success in the classroom and beyond! All the dollars raised on #GIVEBACK Day will support public education in Springfield through requests made by teachers to support classrooms and schools.
The funds raised on September 9th will support projects at public schools across Springfield like:
- A Culture of Kindness at York Elementary that provides resources to support a school-wide kindness initiative.
- A Garden of Dreams at Fulbright Early Childhood Center that taught gardening skills to our littlest learners.
- And so much more!
