Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO), the sole supplier of blood, platelets, and plasma to patients at 45 area healthcare facilities, is partnering with four area attractions to offer free admissions for lifesaving donors to help boost the region’s blood supply this spring.

Successful donors in March and April will receive an Ozarks Adventure Pass, worth over $150 in value in free admission offers. The Ozarks Adventure Pass has tear-away vouchers for free admission so donors can visit ALL of the following attractions:

  • Two free admissions to The Discovery Center – Springfield, MO ($30 value)
  • Two free admissions to The Scott Family Amazeum – Bentonville, AR ($24 value)
  • One combo admission to Beyond the Lens! – Branson, MO ($36.99)
  • Two free admissions to Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge – Eureka Springs, AR ($64 value)

“Donors give the gift of life and the invaluable opportunity for patients to spend more time creating cherished memories with their families,” emphasized CBCO Media Relations Representative Michelle Teter. “This fun promotion also allows our lifesaving donors the chance to make lasting memories with friends and family. We selected these engaging attractions because of the incredible experiences they offer, and we anticipate our donors getting to enjoy them and have a memorable experience.”

Donors will also receive a limited-edition vintage CBCO T-shirt. To participate, give blood at any mobile blood drive or one of four CBCO donor centers located in Springfield, Mo., Joplin, Mo., Springdale, Ark., or Bentonville, Ark.

Go to https://www.cbco.org/adventure/ to schedule an appointment and learn more about the four participating attractions. On behalf of local hospital patients, CBCO thanks blood donors from across the region for giving life to your community.
