The city of Nixa is getting its first library after a tax was passed by voters.
Leaders say they have a former bank building at 218 McCrosky Street that is about to undergo renovations. They’re asking the public to come by an open house tomorrow from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and look over the plans.
A portion of the building will be shared with Southern Bank. The library will take up two-thirds of the 9,000 square foot building.
