Burger chain Whataburger has filed plans to build a restaurant on Highway 60 in Republic.
The location would be near Lowe’s Home Improvement.
Whataburger recently opened its first store in Missouri in the Kansas City area.
KY3 says it has several locations in northwest Arkansas.
