(KTTS News) – Human remains that were found last month in Iowa have been identified as a man from Springfield.
30-year-old Salvador Fonseca was last seen in February in Springfield.
He left without telling anyone where he was going.
His car was found early in March near the Iowa-Missouri border.
His remains were found on March 20th near Hamburg, Iowa along with some personal items. Foul play is not suspected.
